Frequently asked questions

These are some of the questions companies usually have before starting to work with us.
If yours isn’t here, just write to us and we’ll be happy to help.

What kind of AI projects does Teadmisi work on?

We focus on applied projects: RAG systems and intelligent search over your documentation, AI-powered workflow automation (n8n + LLMs), and advisory support to define a realistic AI roadmap.

Do you only work with large companies or also with SMEs?

We work with both SMEs and larger organisations. The important thing is not the size, but having a clear problem that AI can help solve and data that is at least minimally usable.

Do my data need to be “perfect” before we start?

No. There is always some cleaning or adaptation to do, and that’s part of the initial work. What we do need is access to the documentation or systems that contain the knowledge you want to leverage with AI.

How long does a first AI pilot usually take?

It depends on the case, but a bounded pilot typically takes between 3 and 8 weeks from kick-off, including analysis, implementation, user testing and adjustments.

In which languages can we work together?

We can work in Spanish, English and Estonian. The final solution can use one or several languages, depending on your organisation’s reality.
