About me
20 years designing systems for real businesses
I come to AI from the other side: two decades implementing the systems AI has to live with.
I'm Jorge Gallo. I have spent much of my career in the industrial environment of Pikolin and its Family Office, Grupo Iberebro, working across very different areas: technical support, Java development, process analysis, production and, later on, IT management and SAP projects across different companies within the group and family office.
One of the projects that most shaped the way I work was the SAP implementation at Dunlopillo Holdings, the group's subsidiary in Asia. I coordinated a team of 13 consultants across finance, production and HR in four countries, connecting the IT team in Zaragoza with operations in Kuala Lumpur. That experience taught me something I still apply today: technology is rarely the hardest part. What really matters is understanding how an organisation actually works before designing the solution.
I have also worked from the business side. I founded Stratton Digital Services, led Mizesta —a startup within the group— during a project that digitalised 47 businesses in Zaragoza, and advised Bergner Group on its digital transformation. In 2022 I founded Teadmisi, which today brings that experience together around one very specific goal: applying the same discipline used to design and deploy enterprise systems to AI.
That's why at Teadmisi the first deliverable isn't a system: it's a blueprint. First we understand the process, the constraints and the expected return. Then we decide what is actually worth building.
And the person who signs off on your project is the person who delivers it. From start to finish.

Shall we talk about your system?
30 minutes, no commitment either way. If it's not a fit, I'll be the first to tell you.
